PRESS RELEASE: WTP Third Annual Cone Crawl Sunday June 7

Wellesley Theatre Project, is excited to announce its third annual Cone Crawl to be held on Sunday, June 7 from Noon5pm. Community supporters, students, parents, and folks wanting to have a crazy fun time visiting the best Cone Shops around are invited to purchase a WTP Third Annual Cone Crawl ticket for $10 each.  Each WTP Cone Crawl ticket will entitle the bearer to visit Pinkberry, JP Licks, Truly Yogurt, Baskin Robbins, and Boloco (smoothies count too!) and enjoy a small cone (think tasting size!).  Participants will also receive a 2015, “I Conquered the Cone Crawl” T-Shirt that can be picked up at the Wellesley Theatre Project studio.
All proceeds from the Cone Crawl will go to support WTP programs such as Theatre Arts Classes and Camps, Full Realized Productions, Workshops and Master Classes, Outreach and Community Programs and Events, and the WTP Scholarship Fund.

The Cone Crawl is sponsored by First Commons Bank, The Swellesley Report, Arts and Crafts Together, and the Wellesley Bank Charitable Foundation.

Wellesley Theatre Project is an arts academy and a Wellesley nonprofit devoted to providing students (PreK – 12th Grade) with the opportunity to study and experience theatre and performing arts through year round classes, staged productions, workshops and summer camps.

Registration is open for WTP’s 2015 Summer Camps. Sessions include three production camps geared for students between 2nd and 12th grade in addition to one week Theatre Arts camps for Pre K-12th grade. The production camps are: Disney’s 101 Dalmatians, Kids (Grades 2-8), Oklahoma (Grades 2-12), and The Addams Family, the Musical (Grades 8-12).
